Can I start without an established brand?+
Yes. Start with an idea or a working name and choose details that suit you. We review the steps with you before approval.
What is the difference between Full Set and Custom?+
Full Set includes a bottle with its own cap. Custom is a bottle without a cap, with pump and cap selected separately. Our team confirms compatibility.
Can I preview the selected bottle color and cap?+
Request a bottle color preview, then combine it with the selected cap for Custom bottles. Previews show appearance; color and dimensions are approved using a physical sample.
When do we choose fragrance or dukhoon?+
Add fragrance preferences and notes to your request. Your sales representative will discuss oils, blends and dukhoon with you.
How are prices and quantities determined?+
Our sales team prepares a quotation based on products, quantities and specifications. The selection journey does not show fixed prices.
When does preparation begin?+
After reviewing choices and approving specifications, pricing and arrangements with your sales representative. Submitting choices alone does not start production.
Can I develop a product for an existing brand?+
Yes. Select existing customer and existing brand, then enter the details of the product you want to add or develop.
